The best brownie without chocolate


Ingredients:

3 large eggs
120 g flour
70 g cocoa powder
170 d of butter
290 g sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon of salt

Instructions:

1- Melt 170 g of butter in a saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave

2-In a bowl mix the melted butter, 70 g of cocoa powder and mix well until everything is

well incorporated.

3- Save for later

4- In another bowl, beat 3 eggs, 290 g of sugar and 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla.

5- Put the mixture in a bain-marie and beat until the sugar dissolves

6- Add the cocoa and butter mixture and beat

7- Add 120 g of sifted flour, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon, one at a time, mixing well

after each addition.

8-Pour the mixture into the mold (18 cm) and bake for 20-30 minutes at 150 º C
