- Pillsbury biscuits
- 3/4 cup cooked shredded chicken
- 1/4 cup shredded provel cheese (any cheese you like)
- 2 oz cream cheese
- 2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp ranch dressing
- 2 tbsp buffalo hot sauce
- salt to your taste
- pepper to your taste
Double the ingredients amount if making the whole can of biscuits
How to make air fryer Buffalo Chicken Bombs:
In a bowl, add shredded chicken, shredded cheese, cream cheese, parmesan cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, salt and pepper. Mix until everything is combine.
Flatten each biscuit dough by gently stretching it out. Scoop a spoonful of chicken mixture into the dough. Then carefully seal it tightly.
Arrange chicken bombs in the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper, allow space so they won’t touch each other.
Cook at 330 F preheated air fryer for 6-7 minutes. Flip halfway through. Air fryer does vary so adjust time or temp if needed.
