- Olive oil
- Sweet basil
- White pepper
- Chips seasoning salt/spice. (i used olivenation brand)

Baked potatoes Method :
peel and cut your potatoes in 4sor halves if small.
put in a pot with water just below them.
boil with salt in medium heat.
- TIP: don’t put in a lot of salt as you are still going to season them later.
test with a fork if half done then drain the remaining water if there is any but if water was not a lot, you will have no remaining water.
Put in margarine (i used 8 large potatoes, 2 teaspoons salt, 1 tablespoon margarine, 2 teaspoons basil, 1 and 1/2 tspn paprika, 1 teaspoon chips seasoning and 3 tablespoons flour sprinkled in the pot then when transfered in the baking pan).
Season potatoes with half your seasonings while still in the pot then transfer the potatoes to a greased pan, (grease with olive oil) then season with the rest of the seasonings and sprinkle with olive oil.
Don’t mix your seasonings/spice. Sprinkle one at a time finishing with flour (don’t pour but sprinkle with the tips of your fingers).
grill until golden brown and turn the Potatoes, grill the other side.
Garnish you Baked potatoes with parsley or sweet basil.
Tip: flour mustn’t overpower the others.
Grill don’t bake to avoid overcooking.
