Now I know steak isn’t the most budget of foods (at least compared to let’s say chicken), but if you add some rice to this recipe one steeak can fill you up for two meals. Those who can afford to splash a little extra on steak, I recommend you try this fusion recipe out!

Chinese steak Directions :
Cut the potatoes into chips. Cut beef into small 2-3 cm pieces.
Mix beef and marinade ingredients in a bowl and allow to marinate for 10 mins.
Add some oil to a pan and fry the potato chips until they are golden brown. Remove from pan once they are done.
Add the marinated beef the pan and cook until its around medium/medium rare (longer if you preferred well done).
Add the chips back into the pan with the beef. Add 1 Tbsp of oyster sauce and pepper to taste (I like around 1 tsp). Stir it all together.
Garnish with fresh parsley (mainly just for aesthetics so skip this if you want haha). ENJOY!
