These tender yet crispy nuggets of deliciousness are so good that you may want to double, or do I dare say triple this recipe!!! My hubs who HATES Brussels sprouts, LOVED these!!!
- 16 oz Brussel sprouts; rinsed, dried, trimmed, and halved
- 3 Tbs melted butter
- ½ tsp teaspoon salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½-1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
How to make Brussels Sprouts:
Preheat your oven to 400ºF
Place Brussels sprouts in a large bowl, and the melted butter, Italian seasoning, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper. Toss gently with a spatula or hands to coat evenly.
Place the Brussel sprouts onto your prepared baking sheet, and spread them into one even layer. Bake on the center rack for approximately 20-25 minutes. The sprouts should be golden brown and crispy.
Transfer the Brussel sprouts to a serving dish and sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired.
