Buffalo chicken tacos in the Instant pot : easy and yummy

Quick and easy Instant Pot Buffalo Chicken made from only 4 ingredients. The chicken is tender and juicy, packed with buffalo flavor, and is great for salads, tacos, sandwiches, and more. It also makes a bunch for meal prep to have on hand for a quick meal during the week!

Ingredients
Buffalo Chicken
- 2 chicken breast
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ¼ cup buffalo sauce
Tacos Ranch
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup water
- 1 clove garlic
- ½ tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp dill
- ½ tsp salt
- black pepper to taste
Tacos
- shredded cabbage
- cilantro
- avocado
- limes
How to make Buffalo chicken tacos:
Place chicken breasts, seasoning, and buffalo sauce in the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.
Allow for natural pressure to release (if you are patient enough; if not, you can help it a tiny bit). Shred the chicken. For me, the best one Is to hold it with tongs and use a fork to shred it.
Saute the shredded chicken for 3 minutes.
In the meantime, make the ranch. Combine all the ingredients. Press the garlic through a garlic press and add to the sauce.
Dry fry the tacos over medium-high heat until they start to get toasty.
Assemble the chicken tacos!
