Buffalo Chicken

Tacos Ranch

  •  ½ cup mayonnaise
  •  ¼ cup olive oil
  •  ¼ cup water
  •  1 clove garlic
  •  ½ tsp onion powder
  •  1 tsp dill
  •  ½ tsp salt
  •  black pepper to taste


  •  shredded cabbage
  •  cilantro
  •  avocado
  •  limes

How to make Buffalo chicken tacos:

Place chicken breasts, seasoning, and buffalo sauce in the Instant Pot. Cook on high pressure for 15 minutes.

Allow for natural pressure to release (if you are patient enough; if not, you can help it a tiny bit). Shred the chicken. For me, the best one Is to hold it with tongs and use a fork to shred it.

Saute the shredded chicken for 3 minutes.

In the meantime, make the ranch. Combine all the ingredients. Press the garlic through a garlic press and add to the sauce.

Dry fry the tacos over medium-high heat until they start to get toasty.

Assemble the chicken tacos!
