- Potatoes cut into average pieces
- Carrots cut into cubes
- Robot peppers roughly cut
- Mushroom cut in half
- Veggie Spice
- Crushed garlic & ginger
- 1 beef stock cube
- Chicken Pieces
- Spiced in your favourite meat spice.

How to make Easy Chicken Casserole recipe :
First in a big pan fry your spiced chicken over medium heat until it’s golden brown.
Then take it out and set aside.
In the same pan, add your cut vegetables, garlic and ginger and fry everything for 2 min. Add your veggie spice and paprika to give your veggies a pop of colour and flavour. Then add the partially fried chicken and mix together.
Let everything cook together over low heat. If you need to add moisture do so but gradually in small quantities until your potatoes are soft. Your chicken will produce most of the liquid. If you need to thicken, add sufficient quantities of the Knorr cook in sauce. I used chicken-a-la King flavour. But there many flavours available in any supermarket.
Serve warm with any starch of your choice.
