HOMEMADE BREAD (YOU WON’T BUY IT ANYMORE)

Ingredients
- 750g Whole wheat flour
- 750g All purpose flour
- 180g Sugar
- 8 tbps Vegetable oil( or melted butter)
- 4 tbps Yeast
- 4.5 teaspoon Salt
- 4 Egg
- 700g Water
Bread Procedure:
Mix yeast and sugar with warm water and allow to proof for 10 minutes
Mix all other ingredients with the flour and yeast
Add water as required to make a solid dough
Knead the dough until elastic with hand or stand mixer using dough hook ( 8 minutes on medium speed if using stand mixer).
Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and allow to rise until double in size.
Deflate the dough and cut into desired sizes and put in the pan for baking.
for good bread results, Allow the dough to rise again for like 30 minutes.
Brush with egg or vegetable oil
Put in the oven to bake until done. (I usually bake for 40 minutes )
