- 2kg Lamb Cubes or Neck or Knuckles
- 2 Tbsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tbsp Smokey BBQ & Honey Sprinkle
- 1 Heaped Tbsp Dried Coriander
- 750ml Water
- 1 Large Onion Finely Chopped
- 2 Garlic Finely Chopped
- 2 Rosemary Stems
- 1 Tbsp Brown Onion
- 200 Water

Simple Lamb Recipe Directions :
On low heat on a covered pot cook lamb for 15 minutes or till it releases it’s own juices.
Then season with paprika, dried coriander and spice.
Stir till combined then add onion, garlic & Rosemary.
Stir then up the heat to medium/high (5/6).
Stir then add 750ml water.
Cook till water is dissolved (+- 1 hour) turning occasionally.
Mix 200ml water with brown onion soup then simmer for 15 minutes.
Stir then serve with rice or mashed vegetables.
